Laying the foundation for total health
In some ways, one could say that chiropractic care is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse.
If you tried to build your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. These concepts apply to your body as well, and chiropractic care addresses many common reasons why people experience pain and other health issues. If something is not right with your body's foundation, then that needs to be addressed before true health can be achieved. With chiropractic care, your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.
"Mixed Chiropractic" utilizes a number of treatments, education, physical therapies, massage therapies, AND most importantly does not limit adjustments to the neck and/or spine. The results of mixed chiropractic can be amazing. Fatigue, headache, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder , arthritis, and much much more can all be lessened through "location-specific" adjustments in addition to the more well-known adjustments to the neck and/or low back.
VIBRATION MASSAGE THERAPY
I was in a motor vehicle collision last year which really scared me. After 40 stitches in the head, a hospital stay, some drugs and continuous neck pain, I finally decided to see a Chiropractor. I have NEVER looked back. Not only did Dr. Bello work with my lawyer to submit documentation of my injuries for compensation, I have never received the type of one-on-one care I have from another healthcare professional. I now continue to see Dr. Bello twice a month for maintenance and slowly but surely I am getting back on my feet.
